Fully automated system for producing EPS insulated sandwich panels. Includes stages such as decoiling, roll forming, EPS board feeding, gluing, laminating, cutting, cooling, stacking, and packing.

**Process Stages**

1. Coil decoiling and film feeding
2. Roll forming of upper and lower metal facings
3. EPS board feeding and edge trimming
4. Gluing on both sides of the core material
5. Laminating through belt press or roller system
6. Cutting panels to required lengths
7. Cooling section
8. Stacking and automatic packaging

PLC-controlled system with touchscreen HMI. Includes automatic monitoring, fault detection, production data logging, and quick panel size or layout changeovers.
