Line Overview
Fully automated system for producing polyurethane decorative wall and ceiling panels. Integrates all stages including coil feeding, embossing, roll forming, foaming, laminating, cutting, and surface finishing.

Process Stages

1. Coil decoiling and film feeding

4. PU foam mixing and high-pressure injection
