Line Overview
Fully automated system for producing mineral wool or rock wool sandwich panels. Covers all stages including decoiling, roll forming, core feeding, glue application, laminating, cutting, cooling, stacking, and packing.

Key Features

Coil thickness from 0.4 to 0.7 mm

Coil width approximately 1070 to 1250 mm

Panel thickness range between 50 and 200 mm

Line speed from 3 to 8 meters per minute depending on thickness

Daily capacity based on one shift of 8 hours is approximately 1500 to 3000 square meters

Power consumption between 200 and 300 kilowatts

Required air pressure is 6 to 7 bar

Process Stages

Decoiling and film feeding

Roll forming of top and bottom facings

Mineral wool core feeding and edge trimming

Glue application system with precision metering

Laminating through double belt or roller press

Cutting with band saw or flying saw

Cooling section for panel stabilization

Stacking and wrapping for final output

Control System
Controlled via a PLC and touchscreen HMI. Includes remote monitoring, auto fault alerts, recipe memory, and modular system management.

Applications and Notes
Used for producing fire-resistant wall and roof panels for industrial buildings, cold rooms, and clean spaces. Compatible with mineral wool, rock wool, or optionally glass wool core materials. Also referred to as mineral wool panel line, rock wool sandwich panel production system, or continuous insulated panel line.
